Accounts Receivable Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Manage the AR inbox and phone line, providing same-day responses to customer inquiries.
• Conduct proactive, relationship-focused outreach to customers regarding account balances.
• Prepare regular AR aging and collections reporting and support month-end close processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in AR, collections, or general accounting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
