Responsibilities:
- Process and post AR from private and government payers into the billing system.
- Research payer websites to obtain posting backup and balance files.
- Communicate with leadership and partner teams for accurate remittance processing.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1 year or more accounts receivable experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year or more health insurance, medical claims, or cash posting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Work Environment:
- Remote position with Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST schedule.
- Must meet weekly and monthly production goals after training.
