Monitor bank accounts daily, process cash receipts/disbursements, and identify/handle bank fee charge-offs. Maintain records for auditing, identify/post unapplied cash, and follow up with documentation. Work with Finance Managers and Client Support, prepare reconciliations, and investigate queries. Provide support to the Senior Finance Operations Manager and identify process improvements.

Assist team members with customer situations, providing collaborative solutions. Provide feedback to staff, offering training and coaching for growth. Manage risk by evaluating analysts' decisions and proactively review customer accounts. Collaborate with customers to find win-win solutions.
