Accounts Receivable Escalation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze collections and resolve non-payables for complex billing issues.
• Follow up on insurance payer claims to ensure appropriate reimbursement.
• Write appeals using established guidelines and communicate with insurance companies.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED; one year experience in data entry and medical billing preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of medical billing rules and proficiency in billing software.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
