Financial Services Specialist

Role Overview:

• Support the financial side of patient care in a remote, full-time capacity.
• Work closely with patient account information and insurance details to ensure accurate billing and collections.

Key Accountabilities:

• Post payments, update records, and resolve outstanding balances with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage high-volume phone communication regarding patient financial responsibilities and insurance coverage.
• Correct patient demographics and insurance data to support proper claim processing.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; previous medical billing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong time-management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable learning medical billing systems including NextGen; experience with Windows-based programs required.
