About the Role:
- As a Billing Operations Associate, you will be the central point of contact for caregivers during onboarding.
- You will guide families through insurance benefits and payment options, ensuring a smooth start to care.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary financial contact, explaining coverage and estimated costs with compassion.
- Collaborate with Care Coordination and Clinical teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold HIPAA compliance in all communications.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service, medical billing, or insurance verification.
- Working knowledge of health insurance terminology and prior authorization processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
