Lyra Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced part-time psychiatrist to provide crucial psychiatric support to our virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (vIOP). This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals in a virtual group setting. As a part-time vIOP psychiatrist, you will collaborate closely with therapists and other members of the care team to provide comprehensive and integrated treatment.
You will be a critical member of Lyra’s growing legal team, supporting internal stakeholders in fulfilling Lyra’s mission to bring mental and emotional health solutions to large employers across the country. This remote role will report to Lyra’s Associate General Counsel, Privacy. You will manage questions around privacy issues, conducting legal research, counseling internal stakeholders, and leading projects to support Lyra’s privacy program and AI governance.

Identifying and meeting with BCs to educate them on Lyra’s suite of products, helping to identify suitable prospects within the BCs book of business. Leading conversations with senior Global HR/benefits leaders and consultants as it relates to Lyra’s global offering.
Drive the growth and success of our rapidly growing Care Navigator Team (CNT). Partner with leadership on strategic expansion into new service areas to support Lyra’s growing member base. Conduct complex data analysis to understand context and generate organizational insights. Communicate findings and recommended solutions to senior leadership and cross-functional partners and own the planning, management and execution of key strategic projects.
Lyra Health is seeking a Partnership Director (Account Executive) to help large HR departments evaluate Lyra’s mental health benefits. You will lead Lyra’s long and complex sales process for the world’s largest global employers, selling into companies with more than 30,000 employees. This role requires experience in enterprise sales or consulting, with a history of exceeding quotas and a passion for mental health.
As a Care Navigator, you’ll be doing the important, meaningful work of managing crises, providing in-the-moment telephone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues, ensuring client safety, and connecting clients to high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities. This position does not involve providing in-person services or therapy but instead focuses on supporting clients in connecting to care, exclusively by phone and email.
This role offers the unique opportunity to oversee the operational processes that ensure the quality of our live educational events, lead the growth of our presenter team, and contribute to the development of evidence-based learning content. Manage a small team responsible for event scheduling and assist with customizing psychoeducational training content and written materials to audience needs based on industry, role, and/or social identity.
