As a Care Navigator, youβll manage crises, provide in-the-moment phone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues, ensure client safety, and connect clients to high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities. This position focuses on supporting clients in connecting to care and does not involve providing in-person services or therapy. The role improves access to the highest quality mental health care for clients when they need it most.
