Job Description
The Team Lead will hire, develop, and lead a team of high-performing Customer Success Managers and maintain the stability of the team through implementing Talent Development and Retention strategies. They will also monitor and analyze customer and team performance to make informed decisions about operational and procedural changes. They will serve as an internal coach and enablement stakeholder in support of the team of Customer Success Managers in driving customer engagement, revenue growth, retention of customers and value actualization through reporting.
