Staff Product Designer

Lyra Health is seeking an exceptional Staff Product Designer to reimagine how millions of people engage with mental health care. This is a unique opportunity for a designer who is passionate about crafting member-facing experiences that are highly conversational, intelligent, and discovery-oriented—helping people confidently navigate their mental health journey. As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead design strategy and execution across highly complex, cross-functional initiatives that shape Lyra’s next-generation consumer experience. You’ll be a key driver of our vision to infuse AI throughout Lyra’s UX, advancing conversational and personalized pathways to care and mental fitness. You’ll seamlessly move between systems thinking and pixel-perfect details, connecting micro-interactions to the broader service ecosystem. In this role, you’ll work in deep partnership with cross-functional teams, senior executives, and external partners to elevate Lyra’s design excellence and bring transformative solutions to life. This role can be full-time in our Burlingame, CA headquarters, OR virtual (remote candidates must be based in the United States).
