Job Description
Lyra Health is looking for a Customer Success Associate who will be responsible for supporting the systems and administrative demands of the Customer Success International Team. This includes having a passion for efficiency, data, systems and digital platforms. The role is a supportive function for the department so that as a team we are ensuring our customersβ successful launch and maintenance of their wellbeing benefit.
Key Responsibilities include internal systems set-up, setting up customer records on Salesforce, setting up initial customer invoicing and financial records, setting up customer configuration and access on Lyra systems, preparing requests for Marketing Materials, and maintaining a Global Customer Distribution List. Additional responsibilities include Salesforce data quality assurance and troubleshooting support for the Customer Success team.
