Role Overview:
- Own the order-to-cash process, follow up on outstanding invoices, and resolve chargebacks.
- Keep Amazon platforms reconciled and running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Invoice customers in vendor portals and ERP systems.
- Process and apply incoming payments, monitor accounts, and manage chargebacks.
- Reconcile Amazon Seller Central and Merch by Amazon transactions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of accounts receivable, collections, or accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and familiarity with Amazon marketplaces.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting ERP, with excellent communication skills.
