New Accounts Receivable Associate

Role Overview:

• The B2B Collections Specialist owns a portfolio of retailer accounts, driving timely collection of outstanding invoices.
• This is a relationship and judgment-heavy role balancing firm collections outreach with retailer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own a dedicated portfolio of brand/retailer accounts, driving proactive, self-prioritized outreach on past-due invoices.
• Lead collections conversations with professionalism, empathy, and firm negotiation to resolve disputes and secure payment commitments.
• Partner daily with invoicing, operations, and delivery teams to resolve payment blockers in real time.

What You Bring:

• Confidence to have difficult collections conversations and negotiate effectively.
• 3+ years in B2B collections or high-volume customer service in retail, distribution, or fintech.
• Hands-on experience with Slack, Asana, and Zendesk, and comfort with data in Excel/Google Sheets.
