Collections Analyst

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a competent and motivated Collections Analyst responsible for contacting clients and collecting outstanding payments.
• The role requires professionalism, trustworthiness, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer accounts and identify outstanding invoices, contacting clients early to encourage timely payments.
• Investigate historical data for each invoice and work with the billing team to resolve issues.
• Maintain records of account status, analyze aging reports, and achieve monthly collection targets.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; 3+ years in collections, customer service, or accounting.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Billing, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel; strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and comfort working with targets.
