Job Overview:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer accounts and identify outstanding invoices, contacting clients early to encourage timely payments.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Billing, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel; strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and comfort working with targets.
