Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the revenue cycle by managing unbilled and accounts receivable inventory.
- Supervise staffing and workflow volumes, allocate resources, and oversee employee lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with policies, SLAs, and quality standards; provide performance feedback.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; commensurate experience considered.
- Minimum 2 years supervising billing/collections in professional services; 3 years law-firm billing/collections.
- Proficiency with ARCS, 3E, Elite, or Aderant, and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts).
Additional Information:
- Salary range $55,700 - $83,600 per year, based on location and experience.

- Remote schedule: Mon-Fri, 10 am - 7 pm EST.
