Review job specifications and apply knowledge of pricing and manufacturing to ensure that all aspects of the customer's project have been addressed and accounted for.
Contact Sales to gather missing/incomplete information required to price a job.
Estimate total costs of printing and/or binding magazines, pamphlets, periodicals, books, and other variable printed matter based on job specifications.
Prepare competitive pricing estimates for Sales to close new/existing business opportunities and retain existing customer base.
Work with Customers, Sales, and Legal on the preparation of Contracts for work.
Produce high-quality pitch books, presentations, and client memoranda.
Create and edit multi-page/multi-section documents using templates and style sheets for pitchbooks, graphs, charts, presentations, and other print/design projects.
Collaborate with team members on complex or special projects.
