We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented remote Sourcing Agent (Part-time) in Philippines to help identify and manage suppliers for our products. This role involves finding high-quality manufacturers, negotiating prices, ensuring product quality, and coordinating shipments. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in international sourcing, and a good understanding of production timelines and cost efficiency.

This role has responsibility for the raw and packaging materials procurement for the ByHeart facilities, reporting into the VP of Supply Operations. The Senior Procurement Manager will secure continuous supply of raw and packaging materials, drive suppliers to improve quality and service, and develop partnerships with key suppliers.

This remote role is responsible for managing the Vendor Management process and procedure, for new and existing vendors. This will include managing the due diligence and approval processes for new vendors, assisting with contractual negotiation, and acting as a liaison between vendors, our legal department, and other internal stakeholders.

This is a remote position. The Director, Strategic Sourcing Cardiovascular is responsible for overseeing a National Perspective and Strategic Focus for approximately $780M annual spend. This leader will have a strong GPO background and is responsible for defining and implementing a clear strategy to optimize total cost of ownership, including product sourcing, product standardization and vendor standardization.
