Drive Smallsβ direct-to-consumer revenue growth, including full accountability for new customer acquisition, retention, and LTV expansion by managing marketing and product teams and collaborating across functions to drive compounding, profitable growth, marrying data, brand, and product to deliver outsized results.
Develop and own a creative testing roadmap focused on performance KPIs: new customer acquisition, CAC, LTV. Partner closely with channel managers and media buyers to develop and launch high-performing creative assets across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Stay ahead of platform trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to keep Smalls at the cutting edge of DTC marketing.
Oversee day-to-day order fulfillment operations across third-party logistics (3PL) partners and ensure a seamless delivery experience for our customers while driving continuous improvement in cost, efficiency, and quality. Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PLs, own fulfillment KPIs, and lead initiatives to scale operations as we grow. Reports directly to the VP, Supply Chain.
This person will work with marketing & retention data to produce the kind of insights that directly drive our strategy & company roadmap. You will immerse yourself in our customer data and help us develop a framework for understanding customer behaviors, pain points & lifetime value. Work closely with Marketing & Retention to prioritize projects, tests & features based on your insights.
