This role will lead creative ideation and execution across growth channels, with a sharp focus on paid social and acquisition marketing. This role will sit at the intersection of creative, data, and mediaβbuilding out high-impact, testable campaigns. Your role will span across performance marketing strategy for Meta, as well as cross-channel creative strategy, playing a crucial role in growth systems. Responsibilities include developing a creative testing roadmap, leading brainstorms, writing creative briefs, overseeing the growth creative budget. Analyzing asset performance across Meta and other platforms to uncover creative insights and test hypotheses, as well as manage internal designers, copywriters, and freelance/agency partners.
