This person will work with marketing & retention data to produce the kind of insights that directly drive our strategy & company roadmap. You will immerse yourself in our customer data and help us develop a framework for understanding customer behaviors, pain points & lifetime value. Work closely with Marketing & Retention to prioritize projects, tests & features based on your insights. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to understand the impact of a given project, test or feature launch on key metrics. Propose spend growth/allocation decisions based on rigorous analysis, and communicate with key external stakeholders. Build and maintain dashboards that enable fast and accurate decision-making across the org. Identify opportunities to establish & improve data processes to help us scale, establish code quality standards and improve performance.
