Sr Manager of Fulfillment

Oversee day-to-day order fulfillment operations across third-party logistics (3PL) partners. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless delivery experience for our customers while driving continuous improvement in cost, efficiency, and quality. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our 3PLs, own fulfillment KPIs, and lead initiatives to scale our operations as we grow. This role reports directly to the VP, Supply Chain. Own day-to-day communication and strategic partnerships with 3PL providers to ensure SLAs, service quality, and cost targets are met. Grow our distribution network to facilitate business growth and reduce transit times. Monitor and optimize order processing, pick/pack/ship activities, and inventory availability across all warehouse locations. Establish standardized SOPs across 3PL network and own QA efforts, maintenance process and continuous improvements.
