Serve as the ongoing owner for Pano’s supply plan, ensuring the global supply plan forecast incorporates all available inputs and identifies any gaps in the plan while driving cross-functional alignment across the company. You will build and manage a dynamic capacity model and partner with internal organizations to align on key business deliverables.

Support and optimize global fulfillment and distribution operations. Ensure that third-party logistics partnerships, fulfillment processes, and inventory management systems align with company objectives, while focusing on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness. Lead all third-party fulfillment operations to ensure orders are shipped on time and accurately.

Analyze logistics data and key performance metrics to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels. Monitor and optimize transportation, distribution, and warehousing processes. Identify and resolve logistics and supply chain inefficiencies through data analysis and process improvements.

You will be responsible for executing and managing system transactions related to product returns, RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations), and inventory reconciliation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate processing of returns, maintaining data integrity, and supporting seamless reverse logistics operations. This role requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in ERP/WMS systems.
