  • Drive the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing for network observability solutions.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships, collaborate with channel partners and sales engineering to accelerate growth.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets in the Northeast territory, representing LiveAction at industry events and trade shows.

  • Drive territory growth by owning targeted Federal accounts and developing strategic plans for pipeline creation and revenue growth.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from discovery to close, navigating Federal acquisition processes and partner-led procurement.
  • Collaborate across teams including Channel, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to accelerate pipeline and drive outcomes.

  • Develop and scale BlueCat's U.S. Federal business, owning pipeline creation, revenue, and account expansion across civilian, defense, and intelligence opportunities.
  • Act as a player/coach, personally driving strategic opportunities while mentoring Federal sellers on account strategy and procurement navigation.
  • Position BlueCat as a strategic platform partner across network modernization, Zero Trust, and cybersecurity initiatives.

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, leading consultative discovery and proof-of-value engagements that align technical capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Design and position observability and infrastructure intelligence solutions, supporting customers with automation, orchestration, and integration strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to influence product direction and drive long-term customer value across the entire lifecycle.
