The Manufacturing Operations Lead will manage post-production activities for approved manufacturing locations, including reconciling production yields, managing outbound vendor shipments of finished goods, and ensuring that proper transactions occur to reflect accurate storage and movement of goods. Assist in the evaluation and implementation of processes within scope of role, working with internal and external partners to find areas of improvement.
Oversee day-to-day order fulfillment operations across third-party logistics (3PL) partners and ensure a seamless delivery experience for our customers while driving continuous improvement in cost, efficiency, and quality. Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PLs, own fulfillment KPIs, and lead initiatives to scale operations as we grow. Reports directly to the VP, Supply Chain.
Lead Quince's end-to-end supply chain operations across the UK and Europe, while contributing to the global supplier network. You’ll build and oversee our distribution centre and warehousing footprint in the region, manage inventory planning across multiple markets, and optimise the customer returns journey. This is a critical role for ensuring our supply chain is agile, efficient, and scalable—supporting both direct-to-consumer operations and global growth.
