The Manufacturing Operations Lead will manage post-production activities for approved manufacturing locations, including reconciling production yields, managing outbound vendor shipments of finished goods, and ensuring that proper transactions occur to reflect accurate storage and movement of goods. Assist in the evaluation and implementation of processes within scope of role, working with internal and external partners to find areas of improvement.
This position will work with our Load Management team to track our carriers and provide updates to our customers in a timely manner to ensure we provide the best-in class customer service. Utilize phone, email, SMS and other messaging tools to consistently and proactively communicate with carriers partners and drivers to confirm and track load events in process. Manage communication and resolve load challenges when they arise.
As a Bilingual Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing freight operations, communicating with carriers and drivers, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely and efficient transport of goods. You must be fluent in both Spanish and English, possess strong multitasking and negotiation skills, and have a solid background in transportation management systems.
