Coordinate a customer's shipments by quoting, booking and scheduling to ensure we provide an optimal customer service experience within a teamwork based and tech driven company. Schedule appointments via email, phone, or customer TMS based on customer requirements. Work with members of other teams to guarantee a smooth delivery process.

Support and optimize global fulfillment and distribution operations. Ensure that third-party logistics partnerships, fulfillment processes, and inventory management systems align with company objectives, while focusing on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness. Lead all third-party fulfillment operations to ensure orders are shipped on time and accurately.
