Spearhead the design of innovative user experiences centered around Artificial Intelligence (AI) within Minted's digital products. You'll explore and design ways generative AI can augment artwork and enable new forms of customer self-expression on the Minted platform. You'll maintain an active connection to customer and artist needs and advocate for solutions, collaborating with partners within a lean/agile development process.

The Quality Control (QC) Specialist plays a critical role in upholding and enhancing product quality across Minted.com. Responsible for auditing all product launches to ensure they meet Mintedβs quality standards. Ensures timely resolution of bugs, manages relevant Merch Ops tickets in JIRA, and analyzes quality data to drive continuous improvement. Requires strong cross-functional collaboration, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive mindset toward process optimization.
Seeking an experienced Full Stack Senior Software Engineer comfortable working with both front-end and back-end technologies, instrumental in enhancing the performance and scalability of web applications. Will leverage front end and full-stack capabilities, mentor junior team members and collaborate with business partners to deliver key strategic features. Will take a hands-on approach to develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components.
Lead a backend-focused team responsible for systems focusing on the data that power usersβ shopping experience and support and grow a talented team of engineers. Facilitate collaboration across functions, and help scale the foundational services that support all of Mintedβs customer shopping experiences. Own team execution, delivery, and growth, ensuring projects are well-scoped, prioritized, and delivered on time and at high quality.
Provide outstanding service to our customers by using your problem-solving and people skills to address their questions through phone, email & live chat. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer concerns, providing support about Minted products and promotions, processing orders, and documenting customer interactions in our CRM. Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and share those with Customer Service leadership.
Serve as the day-to-day owner of a product category and manage content updates to navigation, landing pages, product listing pages and product detail pages in support of seasonal moments and evergreen refreshes. Use performance data to identify opportunities for site improvements. Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Business, Brand, and Marketing to align on category priorities, seasonal storytelling, and product launches.
This role is an integral part of the Finance organization, helping to develop a world class financial function for a high-growth, exciting and mission-led Company. You will develop and maintain key financial models and analysis to provide insights and help the management team with decision making. The position provides exposure to all facets of Mintedβs business and requires an ability to quickly and deeply understand complex business models, large data sets, financial accounting and detailed financial statements.
