As a Senior Global Demand Planner, you will lead the demand planning strategy across multiple regions, ensuring forecast accuracy and alignment with business objectives by collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role refines demand planning processes, drives improvements in inventory management, and implements effective statistical forecasting methodologies to address supply challenges and meet customer demand efficiently.

This role requires someone who is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and knows how to follow through, owning the design and development of ongoing metrics, reports, dashboards, etc. to drive efficiencies in Spreetail’s ordering/procurement processes in a fast-paced environment.

Assist in developing and refining demand forecast models, utilizing tools like Google Sheets and other planning software to support Lime goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, analyzing large datasets, monitoring market trends, and continuously improving demand forecasting processes.

Drive end-to-end activation projects for new strategic clients, from kickoff to go-live. Coordinate cross-functional teams during the implementation, configure Commure solutions, and design dashboards using Retool to support client implementations. This role involves nurturing C-level relationships and driving continuous improvement of implementation processes.
