The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing and reducing MedTrainer’s outstanding accounts receivable balances by actively contacting customers to secure payment. Reporting directly to the U.S. Controller, this position plays a critical role in maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring timely collections. The ideal candidate must be highly fluent in English, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of accounts receivable and collections processes but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, strong organization, negotiation abilities, and the capability to manage stressful interactions with professionalism.
