Oversee property management accounting, corporate financials, and payroll functions. Manage day-to-day accounting for multiple properties, including tracking income, expenses, and reconciling accounts. Handle tenant-related financial tasks, including processing rent payments and security deposits. Maintain the company’s corporate books and administer payroll, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Lead and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of the Mexican entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with external accountants. Manage and support external audits and internal controls, ensuring compliance with Mexican regulations (especially for the regulated entity). Own and deliver all regulatory reporting obligations for the regulated financial institution. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and variance analysis, and perform cost/managerial accounting tasks.
