Regional Accountant Sr/Ssr

Responsibilities:

• Perform balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of differences.
• Conduct account analysis, explaining variances and trends with a driver-based, data-backed approach.
• Analyze business processes and propose improvement opportunities, focusing on standardization and automation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with 3+ years of experience in multinational or high-growth environments.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and solid knowledge of accounting postings, debits/credits, and close processes.
• Advanced/Fluent English for daily international collaboration and understanding of IFRS.
