The Accounts Payable (AP) Media Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable process related to media vendors, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant payments across multiple markets and currencies. This role requires a strong understanding of media buying practices, vendor contracts, and reconciliation processes. The AP Media Analyst will act as a key liaison between finance, media operations, and external vendors to support efficient payment cycles and drive process improvements across the organization.

Issuing and posting invoices, clearing bank statements, and taking care of customer settlements. You will post and reconcile sales, clear sales-related accounts (cash, credit cards, vouchers, etc.), and prepare balances and reconciliations for general ledger accounts related to accounts receivable and payable. You'll also participate in projects to improve accounting processes and work with clients to provide top-quality services.

Serve as key member of the Finance team who communicates with the Assistant Controller and Controller on a regular basis, supporting key aspects of the month-end/ quarter-end/ year-end process, including submission of consolidated financial statements, reporting packages, and periodic variance analysis. This role involves reviewing financial statements prepared in accordance with Accounting Standards and monitoring compliance with contractual obligations.
