The Fixed Asset Accountant III will be responsible for Fixed Asset (FA) operations, including monitoring Capital Improvement Projects (CIP), managing asset capitalization, retirements, and transfers, and leading month-end closing in the APAC. Responsibilities include posting FA accruals, closing the monthly subledger, preparing reports, and reconciling accounts. You will ensure compliance with SOX and KPMG audits, coordinate asset disposals, and conduct annual physical counts.

You will act as a true subject matter expert for the country, manage existing relationships with key stakeholder within Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, Engineers, focus on KPIs and SLAs and implement and improve processes.

Managing customer credit limits and ensuring compliance with credit policies, monitor accounts receivable aging reports and proactively following up on customers’ overdue payments. Initiate the collection process when necessary and maintain positive customer relationships throughout local business representatives. Analyse/process the customer credit requisition, validate the customers credit scoring/credit worthiness, analyse the customer credit history.

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Staff Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis responsible for managing agent commission payouts and reconciling all incoming deposits across multiple accounts accurately and efficiently. This role works across multiple platforms and ensure seamless coordination between our operations, finance, and agent support teams. This is a key position supporting the financial integrity of our brokerage operations.

As an Accounting Clerk, you'll be a key player on the Finance team, tackling tasks that support financial reporting and analysis including full-cycle month-end accounting to budgeting and AP/AR reporting. You'll also chip in on weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, and assist with financial processes. This role involves working with internal teams, external partners and clients, and is a 1-year contract.

The Controllership team ensures accurate financial reporting across Clover Health, aligning financial transactions with company policies, US GAAP, and statutory accounting principles (SAP). As a Senior Manager of Statutory Accounting, you will oversee NAIC Quarterly and Annual Statements, manage statutory close processes, lead GAAP-to-SAP financial reporting integration, and drive special projects related to statutory accounting and financial reporting.
