As a General Accountant reporting to the Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting accurate and efficient financial reporting, assisting in taking over tasks from external accountants. You'll support the full accounting cycle across multiple entities, helping ensure compliance with tax and reporting requirements in a dynamic, fast-moving international tech company.

The Staff Accountant will report to the Accounting Director/Team Leader as a member of the Business Advisory Team. The ideal candidate will provide accounting services and support the firm’s Business Advisors using QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and income tax software. They must be experienced in income tax planning and preparation for individuals and entities and should be comfortable working alongside business owners and their teams.

Monitor daily transactions and recommend ways to improve clients' financial health, playing a key role in ensuring financial compliance and accuracy. Relocation to the Atlanta office is preferred.

Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports to provide insights into financial performance, trends, and variances. Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, including preparing and submitting reports to regulatory authorities, including FATCA/CRS. Oversee the reconciliation process for all financial accounts. Prepare and file all VAT and Corporate tax returns.

In this role, you will prepare financial statements and reporting as per local laws and regulations, perform local tax assessments, preparations, and reporting, and manage procedures for business capital funding and loan agreements. You will also build and manage banking relationships, perform financial analytical reviews, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsible for leading the North America payroll operations, processing semi-monthly payroll for around 800 U.S. and Canadian employees while ensuring compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local regulations. Ensures accurate and timely payroll cycles, compliance with tax laws and company policies, and provide reporting and analysis to support business needs. Plays a key role in process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.

Expand your expertise in U.S. accounting and tax practices while working with a diverse client base across multiple industries. This role includes supporting the client onboarding process, assisting with accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax return preparation, and detailed audits.

$624–$832/yr

Manage full set of accounts – Pass journals, prepare schedules and close management accounts of overseas subsidiaries. Check subsidiaries’ financial reports from accounting agents to ensure accuracy. Process vendor invoices, payment vouchers, staff claims, vendor setup and bank reconciliations. Ensure compliance of company's policies and procedures.
