The Senior Payroll Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing for Vanta’s North American workforce. Responsible for leading the North America payroll operations, processing semi-monthly payroll for around 800 U.S. and Canadian employees while ensuring compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local regulations. This role will ensure accurate and timely payroll cycles, compliance with tax laws and company policies, and provide reporting and analysis to support business needs. Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required for this Payroll Specialist role. The specialist will process biweekly or semi-monthly payroll for hourly, non-exempt and exempt employees, contractors and practice owners in accordance with government regulations. They will also enter/audit employee payroll changes and follow all processing procedures in accordance with payroll SOPs.
As a Bilingual Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in processing the payroll of employees across Canada. Working in both English and French, you will be responsible for a wide range of payroll-related tasks, from data entry and calculations to liaising with external partners and responding to internal requests.
