Take ownership of payroll operations across multiple global and domestic entities, ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while managing payroll systems across the U.S. and international locations. The role involves improving payroll processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Provide leadership and oversight across the global payroll function to ensure compliant, timely and accurate pay (including stock-compensation) for employees in all countries. Manage the relationship with multiple payroll related vendors globally, ensuring they are meeting specific needs and deadlines. Lead a growing team of payroll professionals, ensuring their continued engagement and professional development.

Oversee the payroll department functions both domestic and international.
