We’re on the lookout for a detail-loving, spreadsheet-hugging Payroll Accountant to join our mighty Number Scrunchers team! This role is all about keeping things humming smoothly in payroll land, supporting onboarding, compliance, terminations, and even getting stuck into system improvements alongside our P&C and Legal teams.

Play a critical role in the payroll team, reporting directly to the Head of Global Payroll. The position requires a meticulous individual who thrives in a challenging environment with ever-evolving needs in a high-volume, deadline driven payroll operation. The position will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive impactful improvements in the Sr. Payroll Analyst area of focus.

The Payroll Accountant is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees, and related reporting and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role involves reconciling payroll data, managing payroll-related reporting and tax compliance, and assisting with audits and month-end close activities.
