You will have the opportunity to bring your experience to create a world class payroll function responsible for calculating, processing and reconciling payroll for our 600+ Evolvers. Preparation, processing and review of bi-weekly full cycle US exempt and non exempt payroll; including and not limited to, benefits, taxes and off-cycle requests while ensuring compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations. Implement, maintain, and review HRIS and/or payroll processing systems and related systems interfaces to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions in a multi-state payroll environment.
Lead and optimize payroll operations for a fast-growing parking services company with over 6,000 employees nationwide. This role is responsible for managing the UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) and ADP payroll systems to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate will drive payroll system improvements and coordinate complex integrations.
Coordinate and process accurate and timely payrolls across multiple APAC jurisdictions. Ensure compliance with local tax laws and labor regulations, collaborating with third-party payroll vendors, and supporting internal stakeholders with payroll-related inquiries.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including recurring assignments and special projects, with a focus on continuous improvement. Manage and enhance the company’s sales commission tool software, including accurate setup, tracking, and processing of commission deduction codes. Serve as the first point of contact for all payroll inquiries, escalations, and audit support.
