Shape and scale the future of Finance at Omada Health as the Senior Manager of Finance Transformation. As the leader of our Finance Transformation function, you will work across Accounting, Engineering, and Product teams to design and deliver scalable, automated processes, focusing on automation, analytics, and process re-engineering to expedite accounting processes.

The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for executing timely and accurate payroll processes and updates. Under the direction of the Payroll Manager, the Senior Payroll Specialist will lead the full life cycle payroll activities for multi-states in the US. This person will also complete audits and resolve complex employee inquiries.

The Payroll Analyst will be key in managing internal payroll processes, collaborating with external providers for timely payroll requirements, and coordinating with benefits providers for accurate reporting and enrollment, ultimately contributing to Thumbtack's ongoing success. An ideal candidate will have experience handling payroll, knowledge of HRMS and Payroll systems and strong customer service skills.

The Payroll Accounting Manager will join our team at a critical point in the continued evolution of our business. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded Payroll professional with significant experience in all aspects of payroll processing including payroll taxes, time & attendance reporting systems, and auditing payroll files for thoroughness and accuracy. This position is responsible for bi-weekly payroll processing for a growing, multi-state organization.
