Senior Corporate Accountant

Stream Realty Partners is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant responsible for the full-cycle accounting and reporting requirements of assigned corporate entities. This position involves delivering timely and accurate financial reports to reviewers and Stream Partners and assisting Corporate Accounting leadership with ad-hoc requests. Responsibilities include month-end close processes, preparing journal entries and reconciliations, calculating division leader bonuses, reviewing commission billing, tracking investment entities, reviewing A/P invoices, preparing customer billings, and managing cash for assigned entities. Special reporting and analytical projects are also required. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 4+ years of relevant corporate accounting experience, knowledge of GAAP, and proficiency in MS Excel. Experience with Workday, NetSuite, or Yardi is a plus. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential financial data are essential. Commercial real estate or property management experience is preferred.
