About the Role:
- Oversee and review payroll processing for all regions (US, CA, UK, FR, DE).
- Manage and maintain the integration between Workday and ADP.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive payroll policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive Payroll Expertise: At least 7 years of experience managing payroll.
- Global Payroll Knowledge: Deep understanding of global payroll operations.
- Analytical and Process Improvement Skills: Strong ability to identify inefficiencies.
