Support the finance team in managing financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The role assists in preparing monthly financial reports, maintaining general ledger accuracy, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The candidate will also support audit processes, tax compliance, and internal control improvements.

Provides financial and administrative support to the International Director of Finance (based in the UK) for our Global operations, and will be a key contributor to our global finance organization (based in the UK, India and US). This individual must have a team-oriented and hands-on work style, willing to deal with tasks great or small, whatever it takes to get the job done.

This position will primarily be focused on Accounting Analyst analyzing customer revenue and margins. The role involves assisting accounting and finance with producing reliable and consistent margin analysis and reporting, working closely with the accounting department to evaluate income and spending, and providing detailed reports for profits and losses.

Assist in the month end reporting process to deliver timely and accurate information, have full responsibility for a part of the ledger processes relevant to your strengths and improve the efficiency of financial processes and procedures. You will oversee financial operations for the company’s European operations, with a specific focus on Germany, suporting the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations, and driving improvements in internal controls and financial processes. The Assistant Controller will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and contribute to strategic financial planning.

Monitor bank accounts daily, process cash receipts/disbursements, and identify/handle bank fee charge-offs. Maintain records for auditing, identify/post unapplied cash, and follow up with documentation. Work with Finance Managers and Client Support, prepare reconciliations, and investigate queries. Provide support to the Senior Finance Operations Manager and identify process improvements.

You will also check and reimburse employees' travel expense claims, as well as process credit card statements. This is a maternity leave replacement until June 2027.
