Experienced accountant needed to join a team in Kraków. Responsibilities include handling card payments, settling foreign trips, issuing sale invoices, postings in Enova365 (accounting software), sending to KSeF, import of service postings, WHT calculation (CIT-10Z), preparing GUS reports, and deferred income calculation.

This position is for a senior accountant to be a key contributor on our International Accounting team, reporting to the Senior Manager, International Accounting in Dublin, Ireland. This position will ensure our fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, OPEX and other GL transactions are complete and accurate both in US GAAP and Local GAAP. It will also be a crucial role in ensuring that the company is compliant in regulatory filings and returns to the authorities.

Process and verify invoices, payments, and financial transactions related to Accounts Receivable (AR). Support month-end and year-end closing activities by ensuring timely and accurate financial records. Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies in coordination with internal teams and external vendors/customers.

Manage planning and preview coordination by creating and consolidating planning documents, previews, budget and forecast planning. Project controlling includes ongoing monitoring of project key figures, risk assessment and support for project launch, project progress and project closing meetings. You will also create regular reports on performance.

We are looking for a Junior Accountant who will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, monthly close, and assisting the team with ad-hoc projects. This remote position requires knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.

As an Accountant in our accounts payable department, you will make a significant contribution to the timely payment of liabilities to our suppliers by processing incoming invoices. In this team as Senior Accountant (all genders) you are an integral part of an experienced team that is responsible for supporting exciting projects and getting our product onto the parking spaces. You will be responsible for general ledger, account reconciliation, annual financial statements, and proactive process optimization.

You will be a subject matter expert on global payroll and have experience building out scalable payroll technology in support of a product roadmap. You'll ensure complete and accurate payroll for all Omnipresent and client employees globally; Liaise with service providers and in-country partners as and when required to ensure the accuracy of all payrolls.
