The Accounts Payable (AP) Media Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable process related to media vendors, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant payments across multiple markets and currencies. This role requires a strong understanding of media buying practices, vendor contracts, and reconciliation processes. The AP Media Analyst will act as a key liaison between finance, media operations, and external vendors to support efficient payment cycles and drive process improvements across the organization.

Serve as key member of the Finance team who communicates with the Assistant Controller and Controller on a regular basis, supporting key aspects of the month-end/ quarter-end/ year-end process, including submission of consolidated financial statements, reporting packages, and periodic variance analysis. This role involves reviewing financial statements prepared in accordance with Accounting Standards and monitoring compliance with contractual obligations.

The Staff Accountant will fulfill an essential role on the Accounting Team in a mission based company. This full-time position is hands-on, with a mix of accounting, reconciliations and operational duties. Prior experience out of a banking or finance company is required.
