Role Overview:
- Support the Office of the Chief Financial Officer in accounts receivable, federal and commercial billing, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, DOE contractual requirements, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete project setup in Oracle and monitor costs, advances, and receivable balances.
- Prepare invoices, perform IPAC and G-Invoicing transactions, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and internal control compliance.
Qualifications:
- Relevant bachelor's degree plus two or more years of accounting or financial operations experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and prior accounts receivable experience are required.
- Experience with federal billing, IPAC, G-Invoicing, or Oracle is highly valued.
