The Customer Service Specialist ensures the smooth flow of transactions by being the central point of contact between customers, sales agents, and service vendors, keeping everyone aligned and on schedule. Responsibilities include processing web orders, managing customer service requests, communicating with vendors, monitoring emails, answering calls, and assisting sales reps. Additional tasks include settling credit card charges, invoicing, and generating monthly reports.
The AP Analyst will work within the Finance department reporting to the Accounting Supervisor and is primarily responsible for processing Accounts Payable transactions timely and accurately. This role will also work closely with our Accounting Specialists and help to support the needs of the firm and clients.
