Reporting to the Transactional Accounts Receivable (AR) & Collections Supervisor, this position performs all collection activities to support optimal cash flow and ensure timely payment of premiums. Responsibilities include monitoring premiums, communicating with account teams, and improving collection efficiency.

The ARS Collector will primarily focus on researching, resolving, and identifying the root causes of aged receivables, collaborating with internal teams and external customers.
