Responsibilities:

  • Route/code/enter invoices into GL and Billing software.
  • File paid Accounts Payable invoices.
  • Process Expense Reports and credit card reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to work in a digital, paperless work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in related field.
  • 2+ Finance experience in similar environment.
  • Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps.
