Lead, train, and support agents on compliance, contracts, risk management, and state regulations. Implement and refine policies to ensure best practices and operational efficiency.

Timely complete and follow through on all tasks as assigned through the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker. The candidate must possess experience with real estate contracts within the state of Florida, preferably with both North and South Florida. Utilize only company provided tools, technology and methods of communication with staff and agents.
