- Define and deliver brokerage support to agents, ensuring compliance with state licensing laws, association membership, and MLS participation.
- Promptly respond to agents' requests for assistance and problem-solving matters related to complex transaction issues.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of the company's data infrastructure.
- Build reporting capabilities for the business team.
- Develop test infrastructure to maintain data integrity.
- Lead the development and execution of test plans for web and mobile applications, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Analyze Product Requirement Documents (PRD) to clarify ambiguities and convert business requirements into actionable test cases.
- Conduct manual and automated testing using tools like Cypress and Playwright, identifying issues early in the development cycle.
