The Sr. Manager of External Reporting will be responsible for the preparation of all external financial reports, including Quarterly and Annual Reports. This individual will work closely with the various functions in the company and be exposed to all levels of management within Nielsen’s finance organization. Candidates will have the opportunity to work remotely, but it is required that they reside within the Tri-State area.

Assist in the preparation and filing of SEC documents, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and US GAAP, conduct disclosure benchmarking against industry peers, and assist with the research and application of disclosures for new accounting pronouncements. You will also coordinate data requests and analysis for internal and external auditors, and support finance process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency.
