Senior Manager, Accounting Policy & Reporting

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical research on new and complex U.S. GAAP standards, drafting and finalizing memos for complex transaction analysis.
• Advise business units on accounting impacts of strategic initiatives and drive scalable policy application processes.
• Manage full lifecycle of accounting policies, proactively resolving gaps from business or regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of progressive accounting experience with Big 4 audit and direct SEC reporting at a public company.
• Active CPA or equivalent; deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, Reg S-X/S-K).
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with ability to manage tight deadlines.
