Associate Director, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

SEC Reporting:

• Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings.
• Prepare and review key financial statement areas and disclosures.
• Manage the Company’s quarterly and annual reporting calendar.

Technical Accounting:

• Research, analyze, and document technical accounting conclusions under U.S. GAAP.
• Prepare technical accounting memoranda and supporting analyses.
• Partner with the VP, Corporate Controller and third-party advisors on technical accounting assessments.

Operational Support:

• Support selected stock administration and payroll-related accounting review activities.
• Assist with accounting and reporting for debt and equity financings and licensing agreements.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and system implementations.
