Project Management
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the Accounting team, including supervising team members, evaluating performance, and facilitating career development.
- Develop personnel goals, establish metrics and reporting, and identify business process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls, safeguard company assets, and review work product for accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) or 4+ years professional work experience.
- 5+ years' experience applying GAAP, with 2+ years directly supervising employees or leading teams.
- CPA or eligibility to sit for the CPA within six months, knowledge of GAAP, SEC rules, and SOX requirements.
