Senior Manager, Financial Reporting

About the Job:

• Own the execution of internal and external reporting, including SEC filing preparation.
• Manage a team of four, including two direct reports, and will be responsible for developing talent.
• Partner with Legal, Accounting, Tax, Strategic Finance, and Investor Relations.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the preparation and review of SEC filings.
• Own GAAP and SEC disclosure checklists and tie-out binders in compliance with the Company’s SOX controls.
• Review and write technical accounting memorandums and provide guidance on U.S. GAAP matters.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of relevant financial reporting experience; Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC rules and regulations, and SOX 404.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
