Sr. Manager, External Reporting

The Sr. Manager of External Reporting will be responsible for the preparation of all external financial reports, including Quarterly and Annual Reports. This individual will work closely with the various functions in the company (including treasury, tax, FP&A, investor relations, legal) and be exposed to all levels of management within Nielsen’s finance organization. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial reports submitted to bond holders, assisting in review of investor materials, maintaining documentation supporting SOX compliance, monitoring new accounting pronouncements, liaising with external auditor, assisting with technical accounting, and preparing Government Census Reporting. A successful candidate will possess change leadership capabilities, a strong detail orientation/work ethic, the ability to solve difficult financial related issues, and a strong desire to learn/face new challenges.
