This is a unique "builder-operator" role that involves owning the product strategy for reconciliation and leading the operations team that performs the daily reconciliation function. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the balance sheet and P&L, while simultaneously defining the product roadmap to automate their work. Success will be measured by the ability to maintain impeccable financial integrity and operational control today, while building a scalable, automated platform.

Lead and scale Figma’s payroll function worldwide. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of payroll operations across all regions where Figma operates. You’ll oversee end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, and automation while partnering closely with Finance, People, Accounting, and Legal to ensure excellence in every transaction and every country. As Figma continues to grow as a public company, this leader will be instrumental in building scalable, automated systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing an exceptional employee experience globally.

Manage accounting for a portfolio of early-stage, venture-backed startups. Review, challenge, and continuously improve work from offshore bookkeepers and automation tools. Act as the main accounting contact for clients, helping founders understand their numbers and make smarter decisions. Work side-by-side with our Head of Accounting to design scalable systems and processes that connect accounting with tax.
